Crewmember
Learn the ropes in multiple Restaurant zones and gain new skills, daily. By joining our best-in-class Crew, you will be eligible for zone completion and tenure raises from the get-go, as well as additional pay increases as you are promoted to more senior Crewmember positions like Certified Trainer, Bird Specialist, and Service Specialist! RESTAURANT ZONE MANAGER
Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the Restaurant and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and Culture in the management of a specific zone of operations within the Restaurant.
RESTAURANT MANAGER
Play an important role in training, developing and leading the Crew. You will serve as a critical part of the leadership team, helping your Restaurant to serve The Perfect Box and deliver an exceptional Customer experience.
Operations Manager
Be responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in leading operational excellence of the Restaurant and uphold Raising Cane’s standards and Culture in all areas of Restaurant operations. This includes being the Manager on Duty, opening and closing the Restaurant, deploying and supporting Crew and more.
Assistant Restaurant Leader
Hire and develop a strong team and lead the charge to run a successful Restaurant. You will learn the ins and outs of running the business, as you prepare to become a Restaurant Leader and run your own Restaurant.
Restaurant Leader
Lead your Restaurant and represent Raising Cane’s as the local face of the brand. You’ll be responsible for guiding your leadership team, strategic planning, and supporting your local Community.
