Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Travel & Logistics Coordinator is responsible for booking all company travel and logistical support. Primary duties will include booking travel (airfare, hotel, car, etc.) for both operations and the Restaurant Support Office (RSO) crewmembers via our online travel system.
Job Description
- Books travel for Raising Cane’s crew, including managers in training (MIT), Growth team, centralized restaurant support, candidates, meetings & events (M&E), etc. using the Raising Cane’s Travel Management Platform
- Partners with vendors to source hotels and venues and negotiate contracts
- Provides ongoing support to enhance the traveler’s experience, including assisting with flight cancelations and delays, processing payments, and problem solving
- Supports emergency after hours phone line which may include nights & weekends
- Reconciles all travel expenses
- Audits internal travel systems and reports discrepancies or anomalies
Qualifications
- Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to effectively communicate and work cross functionally and within the organization as well as with external vendors
- Ability to eliminate obstacles and provide conflict resolution
- Integrity to maintain confidential information
- Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Able to work non-standard hours as required
