Job Description

Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Training Systems Administrator is responsible for executing the company LMS strategy alongside the LMS Systems Administrator. This role supports user and course management, reporting and analytics, system configuration and technical support. 
 

Qualifications

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Supports LMS processes, including:
    • Executes and maintains an LMS strategy for organization and delivery of content 
    • Maintains systems configuration which includes working with LMS vendor, IT or software vendors to resolve any technical issues, setting up and configuring the LMS to meet the organization’s needs, including updates, patches and troubleshooting technical issues 
    • Manages crew accounts, including creating and assigning roles and ensuring crew have the appropriate access and permissions 
    • Manages courses by uploading and organizing course content and testing courses for user functionality 
    • Generates and analyzes reports on user activity, course completion rates, and other metrics to assess training effectiveness 
    • Supports technical management by providing support to all users (learners, trainers and supervisors), including troubleshooting problems and providing guidance on how to remedy 
    • Ensures that the LMS complies with relevant regulations and standards, and implementing security measures to protect sensitive data 
    • Supports integration between the LMS and other tools and resources 
    • Customizes the LMS interface and functionalities to align with the organization’s branding and specific training needs 
  • Supports and maintains other training systems and integrations including:
    • Learns and support program functions such as project management, logistics tracking and reporting, graphic and instructional design, and others as needed
    • Works cross-functionally with IT systems teams and other departments to ensure all systems work well together
    • Assists in expanding functionality on the training team by keeping up to date with changes in the field of expertise and finding ways to innovate and be drive efficiency

 

Requirements for Success:

  • 1+ year LMS administration experience (Cornerstone, Workday, SumTotal, SuccessFactors, etc.)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • Some experience with technical troubleshooting or internal Cane’s experience with non-LMS specific IT education or experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook 
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities at the same time
  • Self-driven, motivated and highly energetic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to review, analyze and summarize data
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
