Job Description
The Training Execution Manager plays a critical role in the execution and continuous improvement of Restaurant and field training programs at Raising Cane’s. This role partners cross-functionally across support teams to improve training effectiveness across programs, rollouts, and support initiatives. The Manager bridges tactical execution and strategic planning to strengthen training outcomes and overall field readiness.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Serve as a project owner for training department initiatives, including initial concept development, objective setting, resourcing, follow-up, and progress reporting
- Provide leadership, oversight, and guidance to the MIT and TR/CTR project teams, accountable for day-to-day execution excellence and continuous process improvement
- Oversee in-Restaurant execution of training initiatives, pilot programs, and rollouts to ensure alignment with operational needs
- Collaborate cross-functionally on large-scale initiatives as a representative of the training function
- Support the design, implementation, and maintenance of Restaurant and field training programs through direct contribution and partnership with the Training Development team
- Serve as a liaison between training support teams and Restaurant and Business Unit leadership, gathering feedback and evaluating the effectiveness of training support
- Use data and field insights to assess training effectiveness and identify opportunities to improve execution
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 25% to company events or to support program needs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of leadership experience in training, operations, or field-support within the Restaurant, retail, or hospitality industry
- 1+ year of training program design and implementation experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across support functions and field operations
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with training systems, reporting tools, or operational dashboards, including Airtable
- Experience supporting large-scale training execution during periods of growth
