Job Description

The Technology Innovation & Integration Manager is responsible for leveraging technology to support and transform current and future initiatives that will drive better business outcomes, resulting in increased efficiencies within our restaurants. This role supports the development of high-quality solutions that will integrate existing systems while considering future technology innovations to support business needs.

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

  • Understands the purpose, scope, objectives, and success metrics of projects and can measure the operational success and impact of the projects
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process innovation and provides innovative technical solutions to improve the business outcomes
  • Owns projects from inception through implementation and beyond, ensuring the successful delivery of new systems capabilities by working with process owners to evaluate needs and requirements, and by designing and developing technical solutions
  • Champions solutions through change management, including communication, training, and project adoption
  • Utilizes technical acumen and a process improvement mentality to develop innovative solutions
  • Maintains an operations excellence mindset by staying current with the company’s processes, policies, procedures, and initiatives

Qualifications

  • Must be willing to travel 50% to Restaurants throughout the United States
  • 5+ years’ experience in food service, project management, engineering/IT related roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, engineering, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to perform quantitative analysis using mathematics and statistical methods to support decisions and proposals, ensuring solutions and processes have been optimized
  • Capable of analyzing and evaluating systems, determining how they function and assessing how changes in conditions, operations, and the environment will affect outcomes, including identifying necessary improvements or corrections to meet the goals of the system
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to identify complex problems and develop solutions that can be effectively implemented
  • Ability to exercise judgment and decision making by considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate path
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Demonstrates a desire to tinker with solutions to continuously improve and seek the best outcome
  • Possess ability to be a self-starter, highly organized, with impeccable time management skills
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ITIL
