Job Description

The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting restaurants within a geographical division by delivering actionable financial insights that drive key systems, forecasting, and scalable growth. The role focuses on reporting, budgeting, and cross-functional support while collaborating with senior leadership on ad hoc analysis and presentations.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Provide commentary on financial results, trends, and forecasts to support sales and profitability
  • Deliver reporting packages and support Restaurant Partners with regular performance analysis
  • Specialize in a functional area and provide forecasting inputs and financial reviews
  • Develop financial tools to identify trends and analyze business results
  • Assist with cross-functional analysis (marketing spending, donations, ROI, campaign impact)
  • Support implementation of systems and reporting enhancements
  • Build financial presentations for internal use as needed

Travel Requirements:

Up to 5%

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in multi-unit retail or restaurant industry financial analysis or equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and software tools for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
