Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Zone Manager to join our team in Mobile, United States. As a Restaurant Zone Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding our company's standards and culture within your assigned zone.

  • Oversee and manage the operations of one restaurant zone during assigned shifts
  • Enforce company policies and maintain high operational standards
  • Direct and supervise crew members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
  • Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
  • Utilize management tools and logs to document results and take corrective actions when needed
  • Provide exemplary customer service and address customer concerns promptly
  • Support the execution of employee reward and recognition programs
  • Authorize manager-level functions such as discounts and promotions
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to achieve operational goals and improve performance
  • Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment
  • Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of restaurant management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
  • Proficiency in restaurant management software
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Must be at least {AGE} of age
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a kitchen environment
