Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Restaurant Zone Manager to join our team in Mobile, United States. As a Restaurant Zone Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and upholding our company's standards and culture within your assigned zone.
- Oversee and manage the operations of one restaurant zone during assigned shifts
- Enforce company policies and maintain high operational standards
- Direct and supervise crew members to ensure efficient service and customer satisfaction
- Implement and maintain safety and cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant
- Utilize management tools and logs to document results and take corrective actions when needed
- Provide exemplary customer service and address customer concerns promptly
- Support the execution of employee reward and recognition programs
- Authorize manager-level functions such as discounts and promotions
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to achieve operational goals and improve performance
- Ensure proper maintenance of restaurant facilities and equipment
- Adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
Qualifications
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with superior organizational skills
- Proficiency in restaurant management software
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances
- Must be at least {AGE} of age
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a kitchen environment
