Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Planning Programs Manager provides analytics, reporting and program execution for various programs and projects. This role will be responsible for day-to-day management of the Restaurant Partner Program and other crew planning initiatives.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Analyzes Restaurant Partner and Restaurant Partner candidate performance and provides quarterly updates to the restaurant leaders and their supervisors
• Tracks and analyzes trends of overall Restaurant Partner performance and benchmarks performance against company, peers, etc.
• Tracks and analyzes financial and non-financial performance over a period of time to see performance trends and opportunities
• Works cross-functionally to provide annual financial targets and reviews on a quarterly basis based on trends, etc.
• Manages mid-year and annual graduation review process as well as check-ins with existing Restaurant Partners before payout
• Manages mid-year and annual invitation review process for new Restaurant Partner candidates
• Tracks and analyzes profit award and coordinates presentations before payout
• Manages performance outliers in partnership with key stakeholders
• Collaborates with various other departments on Restaurant Partner Program initiatives
• Manages Restaurant Partner communication and responds to any question or requests from Restaurant Partners, Restaurant Partner candidates, RSO crew, and business unit teams
• Partners with internal and external partners to provide ongoing learning and development to the Restaurant Partner and Restaurant Partner candidate groups
• Ideates and executes program design and evolution
• Completes other duties as assigned

Requirements for Success:
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Microsoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
