Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for ensuring timely and accurate processing of the bi-weekly and weekly payroll. This role is responsible for analyzing and researching payroll information, understanding internal controls. The Payroll Coordinator provides technical and valuable support and collaborates with other departments to ensure timely and accurate results.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:
• Processes in-house weekly and bi-weekly payroll via Workday for the organization’s employees across the US
• Maintains payroll email inbox by investigating and resolving potential payroll issues and responding to crewmember questions and concerns
• Processes daily off-cycle payrolls for final pay and miscellaneous requests
• Audits payroll reports for processing accuracy
• Answers calls related to payroll questions and issues and provides a resolution with patience and understanding

Requirements for Success:
• 3-5 years of in-house payroll processing experience
• Experience with Workday payroll preferred
• Solid understanding of payroll practices and general accounting principles
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
