Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and operational needs of Brand Marketing programs

• Provide strategic recommendations on new and existing marketing initiatives and assists with the implementation of systems, processes, and materials • Prepare and manage presentations, collateral, and communications related to Restaurant Marketing for internal and external parties

• Support the deployment of weekly and monthly communications within the Marketing function

• Partner with the Restaurant Marketing team to gain feedback and learnings on program performance based on various market types

• Support the analysis of marketing programs and processes by partnering with vendors and FP&A to understand program performance and share results with appropriate teams

• Attend weekly and monthly status calls with program vendors and cross functional teams to support program updates, trouble shooting, and general program support

• Organize and maintain databases for Restaurant Marketing assets

• Support other Restaurant Marketing projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a marketing support role

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar area of study

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects

• Strategic forward thinker with a whole business minded approach for short and long-term impact

• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word

Additional Information

The physical work environment for this role includes a combination of working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane’s out in the community, traveling throughout the region, as well as time spent in our Restaurants. This can and will include working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting. It also includes working both inside and outside in varied temperatures, with and around food products and common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products, and requires use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic activities necessary to complete the job function.
