Job Description
Your Role at Raising Cane’s:
The NRO Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the marketing strategies, tools, processes, and programs that support the execution of Raising Cane’s New Restaurant Openings. Reporting directly to the Senior Brand Manager, this role will work closely with the local Restaurant Marketing team to provide training and support on the NRO marketing planning process, work with cross-functional teams to develop growth marketing strategies, manage specific NRO Marketing assets and information, and occasionally provides on-site NRO support.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Manages the development of NRO Marketing strategies and partners with cross-functional teams to support the growth of the business
- Manages the development, execution, and analysis of new and existing pre-, post-, and grand opening promotions and programs to support specific market needs
- Manages all NRO Marketing planning templates, approval processes, timelines, and collateral including standard and custom assets
- Manages the NRO Marketing training program by leading training sessions and developing and managing all training collateral by partnering with key subject matter experts
- Supports the local Restaurant Marketing team throughout NRO Marketing planning process by acting as a consultant throughout pre- and post-opening planning
- Occasionally travels to local markets to support new restaurant openings and gain learnings across market types
- Seeks feedback from the local Restaurant Marketing team regularly to understand the effectiveness of programs and tools and adjusts as needed
- Partners with Divisional Leaders and Marketing Communications to develop recommendations for NRO Marketing campaigns and needed collateral for each NRO
- Monitors NRO digital listings on the website, third party sites, and NRO informational webpages
- Works with cross-functional partners to address any issues with NRO Marketing materials and support requests
- Provides support to domestic and international franchise partners through training and sharing of best practices, updated programs, and plan templates
- Supports the planning and execution of high-profile restaurant openings
Qualifications
Requirements for Success:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or field marketing role
- Experience supporting New Restaurant Openings and training or coaching new crewmembers
- Experience with developing programs and promotions starting from ideation to execution and analysis
- Experience with turning insights into actionable marketing plans
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Microsoft proficient: Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field required
