Job Description

The Manager of Training Execution will primarily oversee all aspects of Business Unit (BU) training, including scheduling, placement, onboarding, and overall performance. The position will work cross-functionally to ensure an excellent experience for all Business Unit Leaders and to keep content up to date and relevant to the needs of someone new in position. They will also support on training department projects.

Your Impact and Responsibilities

  • Owns BU Certified Trainer program, and keep an adequate amount of trainers across all positions
  • Implements and manages weekly performance monitoring mechanisms for all BU training
  • Reports on performance to hiring managers and BU leadership, and work to intervene where necessary to produce successful new in position BU Leaders
  • Performs in-person validations for high importance roles
  • Evaluates program content, length and resources and devises updates
  • Leads content development for BU Leadership College classes
  • Supports project management and detailed project work for general training department initiatives
  • Consults with subject matter experts in other areas of the company to better support projects

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of field support training experience, preferably in QSR, retail or hospitality industry operations
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Able to work out of our Plano, TX office
