Job Description
The Centralized Restaurant Support Manager leads the support process for all Restaurants through effective resource deployment and process optimization to ensure consistent operational excellence. This role drives performance improvement by analyzing operational challenges, identifying root causes, and implementing strategic solutions that stabilize and grow results. They partner with cross-functional teams to forecast risks, leverage data insights, and serve as the primary liaison between Restaurants and support teams to address location-specific needs while also managing Crew Planning initiatives.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Manage daily logistical support of Growth and Centralized Restaurant support, including sourcing Crew and Managers, allocating resources, managing pay premiums and bonuses, and aligning with leadership on approvals
- Track and analyze costs associated with supporting growing and existing markets and provide detailed cost reporting
- Partner with Multi-Restaurant Leaders to review performance and metrics to identify targeted Restaurants
- Allocate resources by prioritizing Restaurant needs and strategically deploy support to minimize travel costs
- Facilitate pre-and-post support calls with Crew, Managers, and Multi-Restaurant Leaders
- Manage the Planning & Logistics inbox and team, leveraging the designated project management system to track support information and documents, while enhancing system efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Restaurant industry experience in a fast-paced work environment
- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Able to work non-standard hours as required, monitoring inbox and phone calls nights and weekends for urgent needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Service-oriented, long-term thinker with strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and influence leadership and business outcomes
- Ability to adapt to changing workloads, improve processes, and avoid status quo approaches
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
