Job Description

The Training Systems Administrator manages daily operations and maintenance of the company's learning management system (LMS) and other internal training systems. This role is responsible for managing user access and content, system configuration, reporting and analytics, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth learning experience for learners.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training system strategies for organizing, delivering, and maintaining course content while ensuring user accessibility and system performance
  • Manage the LMS and Document Hub email inboxes, including resolving system issues in collaboration with vendors and IT teams
  • Oversee content management by uploading, testing, and maintaining courses in the LMS and Document Hub, in collaboration with a team of Instructional Designers
  • Monitors training effectiveness and completion through analytics and reporting, while ensuring data security, regulatory compliance, and smooth integration with other learning tools
  • Supports the broader training ecosystem by maintaining related systems, collaborating cross-functionally, and identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency

Qualifications

  • 1+ year LMS administration experience or similar technical experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Some experience in technical troubleshooting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with extensive knowledge of Excel and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret learning data, generate reports, and assess training effectiveness
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including ability to translate technical concepts for stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities at a time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and eLearning standards (e.g., SCORM) to support content organization and user experience
