Job Description

The IT Restaurant Support Representative works closely with the Restaurant Support Team to ensure all technical and deployed IT solutions are working to Raising Cane’s approved specifications. This role addresses all technical problems, escalating as necessary, to ensure quick and efficient resolutions.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support to all restaurant, field, and restaurant support office crewmembers
  • Resolve technology issues using multiple communication methods
  • Document, track, and monitor all technical issues to ensure timely resolutions

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree, trade certification, or high school diploma with equivalent experience
  • Proficiency in a variety of technology systems with the ability to adapt quickly to new systems
  • Experience in basic PC and network troubleshooting and PC installation and configuration
  • Availability to work flexible hours as needed, including non-typical business hours
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible for timely multi-task management
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong written and verbal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years’ experience in restaurant operations
  • Experience with Aloha POS, kitchen display systems, and headset systems
