Job Description
The IT Deployment Coordinator supports technology deployment and adoption in Restaurant environments by coordinating equipment rollouts, educating Restaurant teams, and partnering with Growth and IT teams to ensure seamless new Restaurant openings (NROs). This role focuses on maximizing technology effectiveness through training, issue identification, and continuous program improvement.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate technology equipment deployments for NROs in partnership with Growth, IT, and external vendors
- Deliver hands-on training to Restaurant Crew on proper use of technology systems and equipment
- Support Restaurant teams by identifying technology issues early and escalating solutions to minimize operational impact
- Document and report deployment incidents, including trend and root-cause analysis to drive resolution strategies
- Assist with installation, configuration, and validation of IT systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and budget alignment
- Maintain and update deployment documentation, training materials, and user guides to ensure effectiveness and clarity
- Evaluate deployment outcomes and provide input on program effectiveness and improvement opportunities
- Serve as an on-site IT support resource during NROs and post-opening stabilization
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in training or supporting users on technology systems
- Experience developing end-user training or instructional documentation
- Working knowledge of technology systems, industry standards, and emerging trends
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple changing priorities
- Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work non-standard business hours, including weekends as needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Restaurant, retail, or multi-site operations
- Help desk or field IT support experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
- CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or CAPM certifications
Travel Requirements:
- Up to 80% of travel to support NROs
