Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Head of Brand Activation is responsible for ideating, negotiating, orchestrating, and leading all brand activations. This role is responsible for understanding how brand activations contribute to sales and marketing goals, advance company initiatives, and deliver premium memorable experiences.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Defines and manages the strategy for brand activations to bring a comprehensive approach to all activations meeting with identified objectives and goals
  • Identifies, negotiates, and secures talent for all brand activations and gains final approval from leadership
  • Leads approval communication with leadership to align on all brand activation plans
  • Leads decision-making and problem-solving implementation during planning process and onsite as needed
  • Leads a team to execute all brand activations from idea to execution, while continuing to grow and develop team members
  • Works cross functionally with all marketing functions to ensure brand activation results are fully captured and communicates results to leadership
  • Maintains knowledge of event and experiential marketing industry best practices, trends, and technology and ensures brand activations continue to evolve and advance
  • Has a pulse on pop culture, weaving the brand into trending moments

Requirements for Success:

  • 10+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or another related field preferred
  • Strong experience in negotiating large contracts with celebrities
  • Knowledge of SAG requirements and other legal implications
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment, seizing every opportunity to engage in topical moments
  • Able to travel 25% of time
  • Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or related field required
