Job Description
The Director of Production oversees the execution of all marketing-related campaign POP, AD HOC print collateral, and Restaurant graphics. This role establishes best practices for scheduling, vendor oversight, procurement, distribution logistics, and financial tracking, ensuring accurate invoicing and delivery.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Oversee production of graphics and print programs, including Restaurant Graphics, and POP
- Lead cross-functional and vendor partnerships to meet timelines, quality standards, and budgets
- Direct proofing and approval process to uphold brand standards and accuracy
- Support campaign planning by managing project load and minimizing user impact
- Align with stakeholders across departments on project risks, resourcing, and execution
- Identify and resolve issues with materials, processes, and timelines
- Oversee schedules, reporting, invoicing, and financial reconciliation
- Maintain accurate specs, data, and project documentation
- Provide regular updates to leadership on workload, priorities, and key issues

Qualifications
- 10 years’ experience in print management or print procurement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Print Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Working knowledge of marketing, creative services, and design processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible for effective multi-project management
- Strong analytical, written, verbal, technical, and interpersonal skills with strong financial acumen
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience within the Quick Service Restaurant industry
- Negotiation experience with vendors and agencies
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
Additional Information
The physical work environment for this role includes a combination of working from a home-based office, representing Raising Cane’s out in the community, traveling throughout the region, as well as time spent in our Restaurants. This can and will include working in a fast-paced kitchen and interacting with and serving customers. This requires extended periods of physical exertion such as walking, standing and lifting. It also includes working both inside and outside in varied temperatures, with and around food products and common allergens, industrial equipment, commercial cleaning products, and requires use of personal protective equipment and ergonomic activities necessary to complete the job function.
