Job Description
The Crew Support Coordinator is the primary point of contact for restaurant teams and crew, providing timely and accurate support on policies, procedures, and core HR functions. This role requires strong knowledge of company standards, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality, professional service across all levels of the organization.
Your Impact and Responsibilities:
- Respond to restaurant and crew inquiries through shared inboxes and online platforms
- Perform HR compliance and auditing tasks, including I-9 documentation (work authorization), state and local reporting (separations and minors), and labor poster compliance
- Maintain the HRIS (Workday) with accurate data, including legal name and address changes
- Complete employment verification requests not supported by our third-party vendor
- Support cross-functional initiatives and AD HOC requests requiring administrative coordination with Crew Standards, Crew Relations, and other internal stakeholders
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Able to handle highly confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ years’ human resources, customer service, or customer support experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and compliance standards
- Experience supporting HR administration and employee relations
- Familiarity with HR systems and documentation practices
- Experience managing support inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive stakeholder interactions
