Job Description

The Compensation Manager is responsible for the design, execution, and administration of all Restaurant Support Office (RSO) and Business Unit (BU) compensation programs, which include base salary, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, and all retirement programs, such as the Company’s 401(k) and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation plans. This position will manage a team of two. Your team will ensure compensation and rewards align with the Company’s overall objectives and mission.


Your Impact and Responsibilities:
* Analyze market data to ensure Compensation and Retirement programs are competitive to attract, motivate, and retain Crew
* Provide data-driven insights to inform business and workforce decisions
* Lead the Annual Merit Review Process preparing comprehensive reports and executive summary presentations
* Ensure compensation and retirement programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements in all geographies (e.g., pay equity laws, minimum wage, taxation, etc.)
* Optimize compensation tools and processes to increase efficiency
* Develop educational materials that explain our total rewards offerings

Qualifications

* 5+ years’ experience in compensation with 3+ in a leadership role
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics, human resources, or a related field
* Highly organized and adaptable with proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
* Strategic thinker with a business-oriented mindset with a focus on enterprise- wide impact
* Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
* Experience with HRIS systems and Compensation tools (e.g., Workday, Payfactorsetc)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products: Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Word
