Job Description

The Branded Materials Inventory Manager oversees the setup of new items, monitors sales movement, manages inventory levels, analyzes forecasts, and collaborates with field-based leaders and external partners to determine disposition and optimal reorder quantities and timelines. This role also oversees item establishment on B2B and B2C websites.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

  • Establish processes, documentation, and reporting for the inventory life cycle
  • Ensure accurate item creation and quantities across systems, including B2B and B2C websites, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and invoicing
  • Audit data to identify incorrect or missing information, categorizations, and details
  • Review historical trends, forecast demand, and evaluate cost breaks to submit replenishment orders
  • Advise internal stakeholders on item usage, production lead times, cost, and production efficiency
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers
  • Develop tools to monitor supplier performance and ensure product availability
  • Create a metric-driven platform for inventory ownership, item usage, and trends
  • Identify slow-moving items for improvement
  • Utilize product knowledge, such as pack sizes and parent-child relationships, to improve order efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in data analytics
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible for effective cross-functional multi-project management
  • Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with strong financial acumen
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in procurement analytics
  • Experience with Asana project management
