We are looking for an AMAZING Self Driven and Accountable Salaried Leader to join our Restaurants located on the Southeast Side of Nashville, TN.  

Starting from $55,000 annually plus monthly training incentive of $750.00*
*Pay is based on location, experience, and qualifications etc.
*Monthly incentives after training vary and are based on restaurant profitability

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant Restaurant Leader to join our team in Plano, United States. In this role, you will support the Restaurant Leader in managing day-to-day operations, upholding our high standards, and fostering a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a customer-focused approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Assist in hiring, onboarding, and managing hourly, non-management crew members
  • Create and maintain work schedules for crew members, ensuring optimal staffing levels
  • Oversee crew member performance, providing coaching, development, and feedback
  • Act as manager on duty, including opening and closing the restaurant
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and food service regulations
  • Manage cash handling procedures and maintain financial accountability
  • Execute shift management tasks, utilizing required tools and logs to document results
  • Deploy crew members effectively during shifts to maximize efficiency
  • Provide exemplary customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
  • Implement reward and recognition programs to motivate crew members
  • Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions)
  • Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of restaurant facilities
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant Leader to achieve operational goals and improve processes

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • Flexible availability to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to set goals and create action plans
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be {AGE} of age or older
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including extended periods of physical exertion (walking, standing, lifting, and bending)
  • Comfortable working with food products, common allergens, and commercial cleaning products
