When the pandemic hit, we put Crewmembers first. Not a single Crewmember lost their job due to COVID-19. If a Restaurant closed temporarily, we paid Crewmembers to make masks.

In times of crisis, it’s especially important to support one another. Our goal remains unchanged: to not leave any of our Crewmembers behind. The demand for quality chicken finger meals persists, and we’re growing to meet the demand.

- Face masks
- Hand washing and glove changes every 10 minutes
- Sanitization and disinfectant
- Crewmembers assigned to a single location
- Modified attendance/PTO policies
- Daily health check-ins
